Hi Tenno, can you tell me what iPhone / iPad you are playing on? 

 

It would be especially helpful if you could save & send your game logs shortly after a crash. This would allow our team to see exactly what happened right before the crash. Here are instructions on how to save & send logs!

The next time you get a crash in a Dojo, could you please save & share game logs? This will help us determine what is causing the crash. We have instructions here on how to save & send logs!

Many thanks! And can you confirm you were still not able to log in as of today?

Also, did you try logging in with Apple ID password instead of just face / touch ID? There may be something strange happening with the face / touch login.

Hi Tenno, can we get a little bit more information about this? In particular, sending  us your game logs after receiving a 'login error' message could be of great use to us. You can actually save & send logs from the launcher screen even without logging into your account. I am including instructions on how to do so here:

Hi Tenno, this was resolved in the Hotfix 12!

Hi Tenno, as you're on iPhone 11, you should be able to play The Duviri Paradox content, so we'll need a bit more information! 

  • At what point in the mission / experience are you getting kicked out? Also please confirm if it is getting kicked out, or getting a full-on crash. 
  • Are you on single player or multiplayer?
  • Are you doing Cross Play? Cross Save? 

Note: device memory is related to RAM not storage! So clearing up space and deleting other apps will not affect this.

Lastly, the next time you get kicked out, can you grab game logs and send them to us? This will help us solve this for you! Here are instructions on how to do so:

Hi Tenno, sorry to hear about this! This is a known issue that we are now tracking and working on a fix. 

If it happens again and it's not too much trouble, could you save your game logs and send them over to us so that we can examine what's going on?

Greetings Tenno! We've released a small update meant to resolve progression blockers for iOS Tenno attempting the Whispers In The Walls Quest, as well as other in-app fixes.

While we are calling this a hotfix, it is actually a small CERT update. Depending on your Automatic App Update preferences, you may need to manually update the app. If you see "Unable to connect, please ensure you have the latest Warframe update installed" on the launcher, head to the App Store, search for Warframe and select "Update".

Hi Tenno! It is true that iOS devices with lower RAM such as the XR and the SE series can have harder times running the Open World areas. If he is stuck inside the quest, going to support.warframe.com and explaining this to our support team while sharing the username will help! They can get your account out of the quest. Be sure to write to them!

Fixes: 

  • Fixes towards the search area map marker for spawned Necramite Drones not showing up in Netracell missions due to spawn positioning issues.
    • This also helps prevent this issue from occurring in the Whispers in the Walls Quest. We are still investigating related issues for follow-up fixes. 
  • Fixed cases of Protea’s Temporal Anchor rewind being interrupted by enemies in her path, which was canceling the restoring of Energy, Ammo, Shields, Health, and Combo Counter. 
  • Fixed getting pulled out of the Void Angel’s Ethereal Plane as Protea in Zariman missions if Temporal Anchor is cast before entering it. 
  • Fixed the Bronco “Dizzying Rounds” Augment Mod enabling finishers on enemies that are not intended to be vulnerable to finishers (i.e. Acolytes, Whispers and Demolishers).

Hi Testlangto, regarding the Railjack mission bug, could you share game logs shortly after this happens? We are not seeing this on a widespread level, and having a look at your game logs shortly after it occurred would be extremely helpful in solving your issue.
